Too bored with racing games all doing the same old tricks? Take a look at this crazy demo presented by artist and game developer Fábio Fontes, where you can flip your cap like a skateboard and jump on railings.
If this racer looks familiar to you, it's because this is a clip from the Buck Up And Drive! sequel, now in development using Godot. The creator decided to drop GameMaker and add more modes, content, and flair to the game. From what I've seen, you can expect customizable characters and vehicles, cosmetics, dynamic racing, and tons of fun on the roads.
Vans, trucks, busses – there are definitely plenty of cars to drive around colorful environments, complete with cartoonish visual effects.
For now, the game is still in development, but as it's a sequel to Buck Up And Drive!, here are some of the older racer's features (I assume you'll see the same and more when it's out):
