- Animation & Rigging
Hand keyed animation, as well as motion capture for games, cinematics, and simulation, are all skills the team possesses. They have animators who specialise in a variety of disciplines, including vehicles, stylised characters, and view model/camera work.
Additionally the studio can also handle the Rigging & Skinning component of the above mentioned areas, and manage tools for animation and physics simulations.
- Level Design & Environment Art
Being at the centre of the original skill set, the studio is able to jump in at any point along the production process. Greyboxing and prototyping, through to art passes, detail dressing, lighting and optimisation. They are highly familiar with games, VR, mobile, cinematics and other purposes such as education and simulation. The team has experience in natural environments, as well as hard- surface.
- Characters
The studio can hand craft photorealistic humans, mythical creatures and stylized toony characters for all end cases such as PC, Console, mobile and the rest. They can create custom materials for skin, clothing and complex hair simulations.
- Concept Art
Not only can they follow designs 1:1, but they also have Art Directors, and talented 2D artists that enable the team to create captivating designs from scratch. Through a series of iteration and feedback, they can achieve and exceed the ideas that their clients have in their minds.
- VR & AR
The studio can engineer captivating VR & AR experiences for mobiles devices and also high end HMD’s such as the Vive, Oculus and others. They understand the extra challenge that VR projects demand, due to the sense of scale, useability and optimisation rules.
- Simulation & Education
The team also has a serious team dedicated to military simulation, and education uses on various well known platforms. This includes LS Core 2.0 which is the largest overhaul of simulation technology in the Australian Defence Force to date. Using its background in games, they are able to quickly and efficiently craft bespoke assets that are highly immersive.
- Props & Hard Surface
The lead artists can take over any ‘hero’ props, high poly sculpts and damage models so your internal team can focus on what they need. They have a very proficient hard surface/weapons team for first person weapons, vehicles and interiors.
